Fix DVD/CD Drive Error 19 on Windows 10

Method 1- Using Device Manager

Step 1- Go to Device Manager > expand the category DVD/CD-ROM.

Step 2- Right-click on the DVD/CD-ROM > Uninstall.

Step 3- Reboot PC.

Method 2-Delete Registry Files

Step 1- Open Run and type the command regedit > OK.

Step 2- Locate the following  registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Step 3- Right-click UpperFilters > Delete.

Step 4- If you see LowerFilters right side of the pane > right-click on LowerFilters.

Step 5- Delete.

Step 6- Yes to confirm.

Step 7- In case you do not seeUpperFilters and LowerFilters then select all files > delete all.

Finally, restart the computer.

Method 3- Update Drivers with Driver Easy

Step 1- Download and install Driver Easy.

Step 2- Now run Driver Easy > Scan Now.

This will scan your system and list down all the available Drivers for you.
