Method 3. Use Registry Editor

Step-1: Open Run using Win + R and then type regedit > Enter.

Step-2: Go to this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Step-3: On the right side of the window, right-click > choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name your new key AutoEndTasks and set the value to 1 > then OK.

Step-4: Close the Windows Registry Editor > Restart PC.

Method 4. Use System Restore

Step-1: Open Start > Search System Restore and click on System Restore. You have to enter the administrator’s password.

Step-2: In the System Restore, follow the instructions.

Step-3: Restore your system to the last restore point.

Method 5:  Check Touchpad Drivers
