How to Fix Windows 10 Mouse lag

Many users have reported that their mouse pointer lags after they’ve upgraded to Windows 10. In the beginning, it appears that a Windows 10 problem. But, not all of Windows 10 users are confronting this situation.

Method 1: Reinstall mouse driver

One of the strongest reasons is an outdated driver or faulty driver. Due to this reason, Mouse becomes unresponsive. If your mouse works well on the other computer then there is an issue with Mouse Drivers.

1. Click Win + X and then open Device Manager.

2. Find Mouse and other pointing devices and expand it.

3. Find Mouse Driver, highlight it and then press Enter.

4. Press Tab key and go to Driver. Then click on uninstall.

5. Restart your computer and see if the mouse is working fine or not.

2: Update the graphics card drive

Sometimes due to outdated or faulty graphics card drivers, you will face the issue, Windows 10 Mouse Lag.

You can manually download Graphics card Drivers or use 3rd party tools to automatically update drivers in Windows 10.

Once downloaded and installed, click on scan and then the tool will automatically find and update all the drivers on your Windows 10.

Also, try to reconnect your Mouse from the USB port and reinsert again.
