Step 1: Click on Start Button and then type Windows Memory Diagnostic > Enter.

Step 1: Insert a USB drive to your system.
Step 2: Download Windows Memtest86 Auto-installer for USB and then install it.

Step 4: Once extracted, open that extracted folder and then click on run the Memtest86+ USB Installer.
Step 5: Select the USB drive to burn the MemTest86 software. Once the process is completed, insert the USB drive to your PC on which you are getting Ntoskrnl.exe BSOD Error.
Step 6: Restart PC and boot from the USB flash drive.
