Methods to Fix Windows 10 Unexpected Store Exception

Method 1- Uninstall Antivirus Program

It is seen that the McAfee Antivirus program may be the culprit of the Unexpected Store Exception error in the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. So you can try to uninstall the third-party antivirus software to fix the issue.

Step 1- Open Control Panel >Programs.

Step 2- Select the program > right-click on it to uninstall.

Step 3- Now restart the PC.

Method 2- Run System File Checker

Step 1. Open cmd as Admin.

Step 2- Type “sfc /scannow” > Enter.

Step 3 -Wait for sometime and its done.

Method 3- Run Disk Check Utility

Step 1- Command Prompt (Admin) > type chkdsk C: /f /r /x in the prompt.

Step 2- Reboot computer.

Method 4- Restore the Windows 10

Step 1- 1. Use Win + PauseBreak at the same time > select System Protection.

Step 3- Choose System Protection.

Step 3- Click on the System Restore > Next.

Step 4- Choose system restore point > Click on the Next.

Step 6- Follow-screen instructions >Finish.

So once you have followed any of the above methods you are now free from the unexpected Store Exception after Windows 10 error.
