How to Use Web Notes on Microsoft Edge Windows 10

Microsoft has launched new Microsoft Edge browser with all new UI design and new features with Windows 10. One of the best feature of Microsoft Edge is Web Notes. Here in this detailed article, we are going to share how to use Web Notes in Edge. The web note feature becomes small but valuable improvements, like a pinned note quality that keeps important notes at the surface of the list and support for tables in notes, alongside the prior checklist feature.

So many users have reported that Microsoft Edge Web Notes Not Available in Windows 10 after installing Windows 10 Anniversary update. If you are a reader like me, then all your notebook pages are coloring with highlighted lines. We always underline important quote or line that we liked. Now we can also use the same method on Microsoft Edge Browser. Edge allows users to highlight important lines with its Web note feature.

Use Web Notes on Microsoft Edge

Some other browser extensions offer the same feature just like Microsoft Edge Browser Web Note. Web Note gives you free reign to decorate with a pen, highlighter, and eraser. And this all accessible from the Web Note toolbar.

Open Edge browser and then click the Web Note icon.

You can see some tools in the upper left to draw, highlight and more. Choose your tool and edit. Also, save your changes and click “Save.”

You can easily access the Web Note from the button located at the upper right corner. When you click on the button, it shows some options like Pen which turns your Mouse, finger, and stylus. Also, you can draw or write on the current webpage.

You can also highlight words, paragraphs, and write on images. You can also use Eraser. You can save the note to Microsoft OneNote, and also share directly on Twitter, Facebook or email.
