Solution 2: Update the Sound Driver

As we already mentioned, Drivers are very important and if you haven’t updated your drivers then do it now.

Due to outdated HDMI drivers, you may face this issue. To update, you can download latest drivers from the official website or update it manually from the manufacturer website.

Now if you don’t want to download and install a driver manually then you can perform this task automatically. There are many 3rd party tools are there that allow Windows users to download and install Drivers automatically.

Driver Easy is one of them. It will download and install all the required drivers from official sites. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and install Driver Easy on your Windows PC or Laptop.

Step 2: Open the tool and start a scan. Once done, update them all.

Solution 3: Check all connected hardware devices work properly

Sometimes due to broken or old HDMI cable, you will face these issue. So always make sure that all hardware devices work properly and connected properly also.

  • Check output port works fine
  • Check if the monitor works properly

The audio jacks are the absolute most confusing connectors on the rear panel. Each jack on the back part of your TV thas its very own special input channel, as well as the normal numbered channels.
